To add credit to a patient's account:
- Click the "Credit" option from the patient record

- This lightbox will open:
- Select the appropriate tax code for the credit
- Important: The tax code cannot be changed later
- For most treatments in Australia, select the 0% tax code
- Users in other jurisdictions should select according to local tax laws
- Select the payment type (Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, etc.)
- Enter the credit amount
- Click "Save" to add the credit to the patient's account
This credit will be available to apply to future transactions. If the patient is a "Master account", the credit will also be available for any linked secondary accounts.
