Adding Account Credit

To add credit to a patient's account:

  • Click the "Credit" option from the patient record
 
  • This lightbox will open:

  • Select the appropriate tax code for the credit
    • Important: The tax code cannot be changed later
    • For most treatments in Australia, select the 0% tax code
    • Users in other jurisdictions should select according to local tax laws
  • Select the payment type (Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, etc.)
  • Enter the credit amount
  • Click "Save" to add the credit to the patient's account

This credit will be available to apply to future transactions. If the patient is a "Master account", the credit will also be available for any linked secondary accounts.
