Overview
The Clinical Notes Background Image Library allows you to upload and manage background images that can be used in your patient clinical documentation. These images typically include body diagrams, anatomical charts, and other visual templates for marking patient conditions.
Adding New Images
Upload Options
- Drop files: Drag and drop image files directly into the upload area
- Browse files: Click to open your file explorer and select images
- File requirements:
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
- Supported formats: PNG, JPEG
Image Processing
- After uploading, you can rename the image file in the "New name" field
- Click the "Save" button to add the image to your library
Managing Existing Images
Current Images Section
- View all previously uploaded images in your library
- Each image displays:
- A thumbnail preview
- The name assigned to the image
- A "Delete" button to remove unwanted images
Navigation
- Click the "Back" button to return to the Clinical Records settings page
The images stored in this library will be available as background templates when creating clinical notes, allowing practitioners to mark and annotate directly on anatomical diagrams during creation of patient records.
