Super Admin - Subscription

Overview

The Subscription section allows practice administrators to manage the subscription plan, payment methods, and view payment history. This area provides tools to adjust your subscription based on your practice needs and the number of practitioners in your system.

Current Subscription Status

At the top of the page, you'll see your current subscription information:

  • Your current plan tier (e.g., Large plan)
  • Maximum practitioners allowed (e.g., 10 practitioners)
  • Monthly cost (e.g., AUD$195.00/mth)
  • Current practitioner usage (e.g., 7 active practitioners)

Managing Your Plan

The Manage your plan section provides several key features:

Renewal Information

  • Displays the renewal date (e.g., the 19th day of the month)
  • Provides contact information for subscription cancellation

Plan Selection

  • A dropdown menu to select a different subscription tier
  • Current selection displays plan name, capacity, and price
  • Note: Selecting a smaller plan may require removing active practitioners

Support Access

  • Links to contact support you require more practitioners than current plan offerings provide

Notification Preferences

  • Option to receive renewal receipts by email
  • Default practice email address for receipts
  • Additional receipt email addresses field (comma-separated list)

Save button to update your plan and email preferences.

Payment Method

The Payment method section displays:

  • Current payment method (e.g., Visa)
  • Card expiration date (e.g., 4242)
  • Subscription expiry date (e.g., 12/2026)
  • "Change payment method" button to update billing information

Subscription Payment History

This section provides a chronological record of all subscription payments:

  • Date: When the payment was processed
  • Amount: Payment amount in your local currency
  • View: Button to access detailed payment information and receipts

Each payment record includes:

  • Transaction date (e.g., 01/19/2025)
  • Payment amount (e.g., AU$195.00)
  • Option to view transaction details

Navigation

  • Back: Return to the previous screen
  • Save: Update notification preferences

Best Practices

  • Regularly review your subscription to ensure it matches your practice needs
  • Update payment methods before expiration to avoid service interruption
  • Add additional email addresses for key staff who need payment receipts
  • Contact support if you need to make changes that aren't available in the interface
